Affectionately known as the “I-9 Lady,” Sheila is widely recognized for her deep knowledge of employment eligibility compliance. Through her consultancy, Information Solutions Team, she and her colleagues have guided countless organizations through the complexities of regulatory compliance, earning national respect and recognition.
Since founding Information Solutions in 1996, Sheila has received numerous accreditations and awards. Judith Tavano, SHRM-SCP

Judith Tavano has been designing, developing, and delivering learning and organizational development solutions for over two decades. Judith believes that learning transfer and organizational transformation begin with uncovering and serving individual and organizational true needs. Amanda (Mandi) Ragsdale, PHR, SHRM-CP

With over 15 years of progressive experience in human resources, Mandi brings a practical, people-centered approach to day-to-day HR consulting. She specializes in employee relations, compliance, benefits administration, and HR operations—supporting organizations as they navigate the complexities of workforce management with clarity and confidence.
A trusted advisor to leadership and staff alike, Mandi is known for her ability to resolve sensitive matters with discretion, develop streamlined HR systems, and foster workplace cultures rooted in respect and accountability. Her background spans multiple industries, including healthcare, banking, fine arts, retail, restaurant, and logistics, allowing her to offer customized solutions that align with each client’s unique environment and values.
At Information Solutions, Mandi provides hands-on HR support to small and mid-sized employers—handling everything from onboarding and policy implementation to performance management, payroll coordination, and HRIS system transitions. As a certified professional through both HRCI and SHRM, she brings both credentialed expertise and real-world perspective to every engagement.
Mandi currently serves as President of the Northwest Arkansas Human Resources Association (NOARK), where she leads local HR professionals in advancing best practices, fostering community partnerships, and promoting ongoing professional development across the region.
